Clay is the basis for my artistic expression and offers me immense variety. It can be used equally for installations, for sculpture or for coloured, graphic forms. A common denominator of all my different works is the search for concentration in form and colour, the conceptual approach and the inclusion of space. This free, creative and unattached way of working is a condition for me to work in all other areas of ceramics, which it also influences.
